Grown Ups Camp

Camp Kesher is an inclusive community, welcoming campers of all backgrounds, ages, abilities and identity. Whether coming with or without kids, there are dedicated blocks of time for grown ups to experience camp. For example,

  • Share in a special weekend with new friends or come with friends and family to take part in all the activities.
  • Attend stimulating scholar-in-residence workshops daily.
  • Experience a complete Shabbat, from sundown to sundown. Participate in worship services led by one of the local rabbis and cantors in attendance.
  • Beachcomb the shores at lowtide, hike the local camp trails during free time or learn how to play mahj-jong and tabletop games.
  • Enjoy time with and without the children— supervised, fun, age-appropriate programming is scheduled for all children and teens.
  • Strut your stuff or warm your heart at the Variety Show featuring remarkable kid entertainment plus adult performances that could only be attempted among friends.
  • Sing your heart out at the evening sing-a-long or partake in Israeli dancing as the stars brighten your path back to your cabin.

True R and R

Rest and Relaxation

This last weekend of the summer is the perfect time to pause and breathe in the salt air, make time for conversations with new or old friends or simply find your spot in the shade to finish the book you have been holding on to all summer.

Workshops

Do you have a skill or hobby you wish to share with others? Campers can submit a workshop idea in advance to the planning committee and for those selected, the workshops will be offered to adults and/or kids over the weekend.
